Let's be honest when you hear Beauty Blogger, the basic requirements is for you to look like the things you write about, right? Correct and I totally get that, I am also someone who trusts people who look the part, So I thought that I should come clean and be absolutely honest with you guys so that we can a relationship based on trust and honesty.
I do not have experience in the Beauty World, my skin is not flawless and glowy like other Beauty Bloggers and I still struggle to drink my water! How are you going to trust me then, you may ask ? Well when I was coming up with the concept of this blog I was very much aware of my inexperience and that I do not look the part as of right now, but then...I thought that it would be kind of cool of me to start on this rough page because then we can progress together, maybe one of you guys will say "You have come a long way" and that would mean we have progressed and I would have earned my badges.
Like I have mentioned in the previous post, This blog is all about skincare ingredients and their functions but in addition to that, I want this blog to also be a place you call home and can come to whenever you need beauty tips and know how to properly use those skincare ingredients for yourselves.
That is another point, I wanted to touch on, How can you guys trust me as a skincare ingredient blogger when I am not a cosmetic chemist or even a scientist, how I am going to produce the right kind of content for you guys when I have no experience at all? You have every to be weary of my knowledge, I would be too if I were you, However if there is one thing in this world I am gifted with is research, I know how to research the UV rays(lol) out of a topic and with this particular blog, I love researching different types carrier oils, butters, essential oils you name it, so I have no doubt that I would produce the right kind of content for you. Yes I might get some things wrong along the way, but with this community I am trying to build with you, I am hoping that we can correct and learn from one another.
I am passionate about the inner workings of skincare and I just want to find my place in the industry. I am fully aware of all the false information out there that could cause a lot of stress and headache for someone who is a beginner in the industry of skincare and formulating, so I made it my duty to use my love for research and "natural" skincare to find the right kind of information from different sources and produce it here so that people have reliable source, because I know how frustrating and confusing it was for me.
So yes, like I have mentioned my ultimate goal is to build a relationship based on trust and honesty between you beauties and myself, I promise to make it my life mission to only bring accurate and well researched information on this blog and that should the ever be a time where I have my information wrong that you guys will help correct that information.
I hope to build a lovely natural skincare community, where will share all kinds of information with one another and support each other via our common love for everything Beauty and natural skincare ingredients.
